I used my vampiric charm to convince a family member to let me use something of theirs (I promised to return it afterwards, and I did). Now, this family member would normally say no automatically. She’s suspicious by nature and does NOT like her things being used by others. I could see her studying my face, listening to my words, and I felt her softening to it. It took all of 1 minute and she agreed to lend me the item. I walked back to my room, amazed that it had worked. My vampiric spirits were grinning from ear to ear. This is the first time I’ve consciously and purposefully tested it out, and I chose the most difficult of my family members to prove a point.
