Some how it is in my aura . Yes I have some LBRP it only somewhat works.
I tried a pendulum divination the pendulum said it was a incubus.
I dont know the name of the thing .
Some how it can put its self in my aura .
And it like to attack sleep/downtime.

Okay, but remember that pendulum etc can still be affected by external trickery and the knowledge of the user.

The banishing ritual is usually done twice a day, in the morning and at night. But we shouldn't rely on one method only. You might want to check the thread I linked above to see examples of other methods.
