How can I astral travel?

I've been doing meditation for a week now while listening to binaural beats to open the 3rd eye, and the results have been great, now I want to astral travel, but I don't know methods, I tried it months ago but I got no results and I just gave up, does anyone know a powerful method?

I relaxing until my body vibrates and imagine a rope and then climb the rope. I was able to make it to the point where your body vibrates but I couldn't get forward that point. What books would you recommend?darkwing wrote:Mm? Which method have you tried?

Did you succeed yet? The rope method is one of the most popular ones. Did you ask yours and they helped you indeed succeed? Mine have not been actively helping, however I have not been working on it due to having children, two jobs and low energy levels. However thanks to my earlier success with AP I am actually here today on this forum and doing spirit keeping.
Placed an order for the living astral angel and a servitor made specifically for the AP purpose a couple of days ago. Can't wait!
