Spirits dwelling on bookshelves?

Either they are attracted to the books or the shelf itself. And cleaning the shelf top to bottom as well as books and then trying to sage did not budge them from the shelf. Any idea what kind of spirit likes to hide out there and how to remove them?

ohh, and they are inside my electronics as well for some reason. I hear them pop in and out.

And how about saging each book, and move them to a different location (different shelf etc), then saging the bookshelves and move it to different room (attic, basement etc) for around a week? Check the wall as well in case it was pest problem.
