Here is the Master Vessel Instruction Document

MASTER VESSEL INSTRUCTIONS
To add to your master vessel you can choose to add the spirits or spells one at a time, or to do multiple at the same time. You can do a mix of
spirits & spells if desired; this aids those who have many bindings to add.

You will need to recite the following depending on whether you are adding one or more. Be sure to use the binding incantation that works
for your binding Arts needs; White Arts, Neutral Arts, Dark Arts, Black Arts. You will need to add the bindings to the master vessel by the Arts.
Place the vessel(s) you want to add within 1 foot of the master vessel, and recite the necessary incantation out loud or through telepathy.

WHITE ARTS

Coluta maysa rivone
(Coh-loo-tah may-sah ree-vohn)

Bound through the light you are
Eternal the bond created
Cemented in the powers of the universe
You are bound to the energies given
One source of regenerating power
Governing all within its care
Ascended to new powers & heights

DARK ARTS

All that bears the mask of choice
Those that know the liberty of way
Bound, are you, to this central focus
The powers binding you in their stretch

To be bound in one power

NEUTRAL ARTS

A kin to any sway
Movement from all-encompassing
Bound through the request & plea
Eternal source of central direction
Given replenishing power here
You are given & bound hereto

BLACK ARTS

Those will no positive will
They who shroud the darkness in density
Find the governing source of power
Lay within the grasp of this control
Your singular access for governing
A channel of recurring charging & focus


Only follow these instructions if you opted
to receive a stone to make your own master
vessel.

Place your stone directly next to the item
you wish to use as your master vessel.
Then recite the following:

Acomba nethetra mazu renau
Vidra seon alas feyor
Genu ambra letone fanign
Ostra cuma eoras lalyn

(A-kum-bah nay-thee-trah mah-zoo ray-no)
(Vee-drah say-on ah-laz fay-or)
(Gee-new ahm-brah lay-tee-ohn fay-neen)
(Oh-straw koo-mah eh-or-az lay-lin)

You must leave the stone & vessel alone
for 24 hours to complete the process of
transformation. Place them in a safe area
where they will not be disturbed.

After the 24 hour period use the directions
given on the rest of the card for adding
spirits & spells to your newly created
master vessel!

Master Vessel Copy from Original Vessel to MV Instructions

You may wish to copy spirits or spells and still have their original vessel intact as well. With spirits this means they will have two vessels they can call home. For spells it means a copy of the spell will be moved to the Master Vessel. To add to your master vessel you can choose to add the spirits or spells one at a time, or to do multiple at the same time. I really hope they bring back the knowledgebase soon or at least give us some information about what's going on with the helpdesk and the knowledgebase. D:

I SECOND THAT

We did make multiple announcements related to the helpdesk and knowledgebase.

The previous knowledgebase and helpdesk were the same software from the same software company. They made an announcement that they were no longer going to offer support for the software and they were no longer releasing security updates, etc.

The knowledgebase is being converted so the instructions are directly in the listings, and when the instructions are too long to go into the listing they will be downloadable files that come via download link in the invoice of your order.

Helpdesk is run through Zoho now and the best way to open a ticket is to email support@creepyhollows.com. It immediately creates a ticket and all communication is recorded for future reference The old helpdesk system did not always provide email confirmation of messages, this new software provides an email of your ticket to us, our responses to you, and all back & forth communication through the duration of the ticket.

ty good to hear so but what about old ordered products/services/spirit and entity companions/vessels then since i put the recieve papers with these off, since i could always find them in the knowledge base.. so now some old ordered ones i have no description of when they are not listed in the listings? i also understand that you guys at ch had too move/change systems so and so and i congrats you on the new support system it sounds much better! ty again for all the information and hard work behind the scenes

Hi there pacslim, can you please give us a couple of examples? I know the freebies (like prize packs) were not in the knowledgebase, but any spells should have the information uploaded right on the listings, which is what we are working on right now.

With spirits & entities their information wasn't in the knowledgebase, but associations & such will stay in the encyclopedia. Of course you can also get information from your order notes.

And until we get it all sorted out in the shop we can always give you any instructions you need via helpdesk, just email us to support@creepyhollows.com

Actually, there were code words for entity bindings in the knowledgebase -- this is something I am wondering about; are the code words still necessary for activating the various aspects of living entity bindings and if so will they be integrated to the entity listings?
It'd be great if they weren't necessary as I know several people didn't even realize those code words existed lol, but either way am curious to find out.

Both on the full desktop version and the mobile version, there are popup displays related to the shop (like one about being a Yahoo! Store) that block the listing description outright.

Go on there with a regular user account and you'll see what I mean.

same here also to ch crew i formulated my question wrongly since besides the codewords for living entities and the dream decoder for the fyglia, the way to welcome a boobrie, (etc other entity/spirits codewords etc in the kb) i wanted to ask what about freebies/spelled items and others that were listed in the knowledge base but are not there anymore? But my question got answered you can then write to ch and they will provide whats needed.. 2wk

Oh yeah. I was wondering about that too. I know that this reply is hella late, but I found it a eerie that Yahoo would have the Ch's website listings.
