Issue with an order

Help desk is still not working properly. And sending email from your email account will not bypass like someone suggested in another thread. All responses are sent from and to support@creepyhollows.com aka the help desk. So if we are having issues they are too.

Anyway, my order which is order 130074 has been shipped to the wrong address. This is the second time this has happened. Anyway of helping with this issue? The same person processed this order and the last one that was shipped to the wrong address. He is also processing my next order. Can someone please make sure he ships it to the correct address?
