So I went to this Conjurer shop and she sells baby spirts!! I'm so lucky I didnt have money on card or else I would have bought one on impulse. <3 she has baby dragons and others, I was wondering if anyone had experience with baby spirits?

The amount of time it takes for then to grow? Or if they grow at all. Would you recommend a baby spirt to a newbie? Or should it be for people who already got their feet wet quite a bit. Do baby spirits need more attention and time? Or can I manage them just like any other fully grown spirit? I may buy the dragon baby spirt after I bond with my 3 main spirits. Just wanted to know everyone take on baby spirits.

This depends on what the conjurer means with "spirit". If it's living entity, then it will grow depending on the race's aging process; if it's already passed away spirit, then it will not grow.

I have a Hellhound puppy, he is wonderful.
I gave him the task of protecting my dog and so far he is doing great!
I also assigned one of my older hellhounds to keep an eye on him and guide him in what he is doing -
though given the older hellhounds cheeky personality I am never sure if my new pup is being led astray lol.
If you get a baby dragon maybe get one of your older dragons to assist him/her in their learning process, that way they have a guide from their own realm to assist them in growth and development in things we otherwise can't understand.
Babies are wonderful, but massive responsibilities. It helps having a keep that can help you with it :) Maybe ask yours if they are willing to take a baby on?
