Ever since I try opening my third eye about 3 weeks ago I been waking up around 3am and I don't know why also around those 3 weeks I order a sterling angel and got her last Saturday 1s

I started meditating calling her name while I meditated and nothing happen so when I went to sleep I told her the she is welcome in my dreams any time she wants and as I was drifting off to sleep I felt more relax then ever but again I woke up around 3am but as I was waking up I felt someone touching my face it was nice and relaxing I know is probably her but I want know if sterling angel are more active at this time or do I have some others spirits/entity the are waking me around the time because before I got her i was a little freak out because I didn't know if it was her or something else
