When visualizing things, such as interactions with other spirits, attempting an OBE, or whatever other things require visualization, Am I to visualize in First or Third Person?

I can't seem to decide which and it's throwing a huge wrench into any sort of meditation i do.

Any advice?

I prefer first person as that's how I'd experience things in real life, but really it's a personal choice so do whatever feels more natural/easiest to you!
