Can't find Helpdesk

Hello, I wasn't sure where to post this otherwise, but i haven't been able to find a way to contact the helpdesk, anything I've done has just resulted in a URL that no longer exists. Is there a new site, or someone i need to talk to for help?

Currently, you have to email them directly at support@creepyhollows.com

Acts exactly like the old helpdesk(minus the priority selection), it's just done through emails atm. Whether or not the actually coming back is something you'll have to ask them, lol
