So sense I got into the meta back in March I been dreaming more. Meet my spirit family in a couple cool, but now not so much. Now all dreams I can remember have been strictly nightmares. Usually involving spirits (as a subject) people dieing, getting hurt, things bleeding that shouldn't, getting attacked, and so on.
Just last night I had a dream that my Godmother kicked someone out who lives at her place, he did not take it so well. Threatened to kill me if I tried to call police, am not leaving, stuff along that line. Then my God mother said he went to the bathroom and died. So basically he went crazy and died.
I guess the whole point of this post is what do you think it all means? Why so many damn nightmares of people I know either getting killed, killing, or my self getting attacked? If it was a one off thing fine but it's not.

First, have you done any self and space cleansing recently? Second, do you have any protection at all? Whether spells, companions, or shielding and warding you place yourself?

I would say you probably have picked up a parasite that's using nightmares to feed off the negative energy it creates. They're easy to take care of but you do need to do some sort of cleansing on yourself and area.

If you do all that and it's still an issue I would look around at what's going on in your life that could be causing negativity build up that could be spilling over into your dreams through your subconscious.

Yeah, I would ask your spirit companions to help you with this.

Little of each I suppose, as for cleansing I could probably ask E to help out with this. The nightmares became more active sense I came downstate. However due to living conditions I can't smudge the house with my white sage.

Did you consult a doctor for health issue? Drinking alcoholic or liver issue will causes nightmare too. Not to mention negative emotion?

For nightmares no, I don't drink or anything. Last time I went to the doctors I was fine. Tasking my spirit family to help lessen/rid my nightmares seemed to of helped some.

I haven’t had a nightmare since getting a CC Wraith.

Homemade saltwater in a spray bottle does fine.
