I'm sad to see that Hans is stepping down. He was quite marvelous with the handling of my orders last month. It was my first interaction with them and I was very pleased. I admit, I also turned and ran after reading the listing for the Incubus wanting a baby mother.

I have my sights set on eventually getting one of their Poveglia Vampires.

You would be wise to stay away from the babylonian king/demon. His energy is not for the feint of heart. That's for sure.

So I just found out recently the EXACT info for my Toyol was sent out to another person who ordered a lucky dip. I've had my Toyol for some time so I wonder why exactly they had the same exact sheets printed out twice and sitting around and why they just mailed them with another item. It was a mistake I know but...

I have no doubt the spirits are real but this makes me really uneasy and uncomfortable. If I had bought something more personal than Toyol, to get the info sent out to someone else including the full name and city of the purchaser? Um, thats not my idea of fun times.

I had a problem once when my certificate had two names on it. I wasn't sure which was my spirit's name...they were super helpful and cleared it up right away. It's just when filling in the blanks and printing...they missed the other blank!!! It's human and happens...and probably very embarrassing for the seller too!!

i bought hantu Pocong from them 3 months ago, and i still haven't had any interaction for the exception of repeating the invocation the three attached to two vessels, no interaction what so ever, so I'm not sure if its real or fake, again its more of a judgment call on the buyer.

I do not recommend this seller at all.

Very rude and unprofessional.
