I think mad is sexier for asian women and would help attract a mate better. Too happy would scare them off I think. Unless of course you like the easy going type (asian guys?) I'm only speaking of stereotypes though.

Its kind of funny when they get angry, but maybe its because I'm not really paying attention to their anger, but just love it when they get worked up. Doesn't have to be anger, but makes relationship more intense (in the ways that count positively). I guess you could say emotions, even for non-emotional men are essential. I think anger can be natural though, as people are always prone to swing from positive to negative to positive. Too much of one emotion can do things to unbalance someone.
