baku questions

i have ordered my first spirit and i chose Baku.
I am overwhelmed by the amount of info there is here and just need a little advice.
I am very excited ,but since i have zero knowledge and can only take in so much at a time here i just dont want to make a mistake when he or she arrives.
1.What is a good offering and how often
2.How often do i need to charge
3.General info about baku i cant seem to find i suspect hes WA and of the creature class.
4.Is it ok to have more than one baku's in the same house?
