These exercises look interesting and not too complicated (you need a hand and a wall), I'll definitely give them a go.

2 things: have known about the hand exercise for a long time, but how do you "follow" the aura/energy you see on your hand? I try to do that, and then I lose focus. I can never get past the white outline phase.

I also see particles in the air. I thought they were just floaters? I see then moving around when I look up in the sky and if there is snow on the ground I see them everywhere.
