Hi, I was curious to learn of anyones experiences with pollinating fairies and the best place to get a custom conjured one? What sort of talents did your faery copy?

I could not find an email for mystic morning treasures on their website.

Thanks!

I've had one for a year and a half, she's a tiny, sweet bundle of joy :) I got her from mystic morning treasures. She has copied all kinds of things for me, although you do have to work on some of them in order to show, but for smaller, everyday things they start showing fairly quickly (if you want to be calmer for example or something like that).

Mine likes sweet things, especially maple syrup, and I get the feeling that she likes citrine as well, as her vessel was a citrine pendant and the bail broke but she won't let me transfer her to another vessel, unless it's citrine too. I don't know though if these are general associations for pollinating fairies or it's just mine that likes them cause I don't have another pollinating fairy to see if he/she would respond as positively to the same things.

Fairies do like sweets and cream though, so if you don't know what to offer your fairy you can always start with sugar, honey, maple syrup or something like that, as well as fruits. I always have a jar with sugar and vanilla and when I want to give them a quick offering I pour some of it in a cup. I also regularly color the sugar with natural food coloring and sometimes flavor it with natural food flavoring, usually in fruity scents. You can experiment to find which combinations your fairy likes, but mine seem to prefer either plain vanilla sugar, or the combination of pink colored vanilla sugar with extra strawberry flavor. Flavored sugar is also a good way to give an offering if a certain fruit that is out of season or uncommon where you live is their favorite (eg. watermelon in December) cause it's usually easier and cheaper to find the flavoring instead of the fruit some times of the year.

Hi, Thank you for sharing! How do they let you know that they prefer a particular scent over another? Do you casually ask to have a particular persons ability copied or do you have to say which quality you want and they figure out who to get it from? Do you have to do a ritual or invocation to ask them to do things?

If you can't hear them talking, then ask yourself "which scent does x spirit like better?" and see what pops up in your mind. Even if it seems random and you think you're making it up, they are good at inserting such thoughts in your normal thought process, so chances are the scent that pops up first in your mind is the one they like.

You can ask them to copy the ability from a particular person, or you can ask them to find the person who has the greatest such ability in the world and copy it for you. That's what Lisa told me when I asked her. No ritual is needed, but if you want to do one it is a good way to bond too so feel free to do one :)

Thanks! Are they able to copy items and bring them to you-for example i have a fav discontinued bag, can pollinating faeries help me either track down rare items or bring me a product/book i need when i tell them the concept /what im looking for? And do these fae give anything in return when they borrow an ability from someone? And do these fae work well with your other spirits or are they solitary workers?

No idea about that, but since I haven't read it in their description I assume it's not an ability they have more than the average spirit (meaning, you could ask any kind of spirit for help with tracking an item you want to get that is rare and they may be able to do it for you or not). I'd go with a wishgranting spirit for something like that, or maybe even some kind of animal spirit or werewolf etc, something that is good at tracking things or people.

As far as I know they don't give anything in return when they copy an ability, but it's just that, they don't borrow or steal the ability from the person, they just make a copy, without harming the person/entity they copy it from at all and without diminishing the ability for the entity that had it to begin with. I guess it's a possibility that they could maybe do something nice for the person they copy the ability from if they felt inclined to do so just because they're really happy, positive and joyful beings and full of energy so they could chose to give a little help to someone they think is a good person for example or someone who's having some small trouble at the moment of their encounter with them (as any spirit or entity who is generally helpful could chose to do), but not in the sense of giving something in return because they copied the ability per se.

I have no idea what such a portal would look like.
