Are there faeries/fae that can shapehift friequently? I only ask because my ability: foresight (which I will refer to as my instincts)
is telling me I may have blood ties to one of the races. Side note: I Have foresight as my ability!

Puca/pucca have been known to provide protection and insight into the future for people they are fond of/care for. The pucca can shift into multiple forms one of which is human or at the very least humanoid. The kelpie can easily shift between horse and human form, and the baobhan sith can shift from their base form (beautiful female of the sidhe/sith) into any animal they so desire, and are also noted to have regularly interbred with humans.

Nope DA, of all the sidhe I previously mentioned baobhan sith can be among the darkest, that still depends on the individual spirit though so it can vary. The pucca are more pranksters that enjoy a good jump scare once in a while from what I know, so they would be among the lightest of the three species mentioned; though all three fall into the DA spectrum. Actually some kelpie are VERY light on the DA scale too, so it depends.

I would think that all three I mentioned could easily seduce and couple with a human, the baobhan sith are just the ones that are outright stated to have interbred regularly in the encyclopedia.

Hmmmm...what forms can a pucca take?

The simple answer, any form they so desire. When looking at the lore they seem to have a preference for hoofed animals; goats, deer, horses. The CH encyclopedia itself states that the species commonly took the form of a "monstrous black stallion". The pucca in spirit form is stated in the encyclopedia to take one perferred form with their keeper (so that they are more easily recognizable to their keeper) but to shift form constantly in how they appear to other people, most likely to scare them.

With sidhe faie, there is a very good reason why there seems to be only a custom conjure listing for them in shop...they are very picky in who they bond with, so a custom conjure is the best way to go unless a prebound is unmistakably STRONGLY calling you. If you get a custom conjure of one you know they are coming through to be with you specifically and only you; sidhe faie care about their keepers and their keeper's precious people extremely strongly, that does not mean they will be that same level of warm and cuddly toward other humans you do not care for. Your enemies become their enemies your friends their friends.

Here is the link for the puca/pucca encyclopedia entry.

I get the distinct impression that they like to cause confusion/terror in the lives of those who are enemies to you, in other words 'other' humans, not their keeper or keeper's precious people.
