It is worthy of note that regardless of the prevailing wisdom On which hand is receptive and which hand projects energy, the opposite may be true for you if you are left-handed. Remember that most people write with their right hand cut with their right hand punch with their right hand and thus would also project magical energy with their right hand.

I've noticed what when I do my daytime meditations, my right hand tends to go numb
And my left hand tends to go numb at night
Once in a while, they both go numb
And before anybody suggests a circulation issue, I've thought of that, but they're not cold (Hot if anything), and position doesn't seem to affect it although putting down the orb I use as a focal point does
