Hey to whoever responds ive been working with a ubi for month now id say I've some progress i feel what believe to be her touch daily but i can never certain i was wondering if anyone has a method to feel the energy or presence of my ubi spirit maybe some kind of method i use to improve any insight on this will be greatly appreciated thank you 1ht

Ask your ubi to come to you in your dream and try to remember your dream?

Well yes ive tried those things i even have bindings for dream recall and lucid dreaming ive done invocations to help with lucid but i cant ever remember and i sometimes get a response to specific touch requests i need perhaps a execise i can do to feel energy maybe a personal method you use? Ive tried many thing i cant seem to move forward

I'd say just keep trying, and over time you will notice a difference. For now, you must have noticed a huge difference because its the first month with your ubi.
Keep doing those exercises. Ask your Ubi to touch you in a specific spot. Meditate with your Ubi, try to feel for your Ubi's energy and ask them to help you out with it. If you have a vessel, keep that vessel with your and meditate with it, etc. The more you keep up with these practices, the more practice and experience you'll get and the greater change you'll see. You just have to be patient and give yourself time to learn and adjust and grow to these things.

Have you tried asking them to do things like answer yes/no questions by touching or closing your hands (like right for yes, left for no)? Communicating via tarot, pendulum, or other tools? You can do a search on the forum for other suggestions, I know there are a bunch of them here.
