Black seed

Has any one used this? Been researching nigella sativa seeds and they seem promising. Looking for more info and possibly a trusted place/site to buy the seeds. Would love to hear about experiences with this

I have been looking into this as well, and think I have finally found the one I want to go with. Swansonsvitamins carries a brand by African Red Tea that is cold-pressed, organic, and hexane free

I tried the oil. It seemed to have absolutely no effect. I have tried capsules containing ground seeds, also, seemingly no effect. I'm not sure if it's mild effects that a person wouldn't notice or not. This is one I am not believing in just yet.

Looks like I need to do a bunch more research, and keep my expectations low until we know for sure
