First & foremost it is always a good idea to check with the practitioner/seller if you have questions about a spirit because they are the only people who can give you an accurate answer. With CH if there is a staunch preference of the spirit liking males or females we make that known in the listing. If there is not a specific preference then no mention is made. Second, you will find that the sexual preferences of species outside of humans are not nearly as rigid or finite as with humans. The familial units, social rules, and laws of sexual preference as found within the human race are not prevalent through other races like Vampires, Fae, Giants, Elves, Dwarves, Nymphos, Cambions, Angels, Incubi/Succubi, Djinn, etc.

There are exceptions depending on the Clan/Alliance, etc or the time period for some of the species, but overall you will find their familial units and their sexual interactions far more fluid. There isn't a lot of stigma attached to certain moral codes as defined in the eras for humans (especially Victorian to 20th century).

This is especially true of sexually-driven beings like Nymphos, Ubis, and Cambions. Their entire existence is fueled by sexual energy and sexual interaction and they are in it for the sex only; regardless of gender.

With other species like Vampires, Elves, Dwarves and Giants you will find their family units can be blurred by multiple marriages, blended families, and polygamy. Most of these species can live up to 10 times longer than humans, their genealogy and choices where sexuality or family is concerned is far more developed than anything humans have experienced.

When you're choosing a sexual and/or friend companion you should choose the spirit who is calling to you or opt for a custom conjuration where the spirit can actively be part of the process in choosing you as a Keeper.

You will find the definition and definitive lines drawn in the sand for humans are not the way of most of the spirits you find in Spirit Keeping.

I've noticed this as well. I'm called by Prebound Nymphos that are not tagged as gay or bisexual. I am a male in body, but they still love me all the same.
