Helpdesk update :/

The developer of the helpdesk software is working diligently to resolve the upgrade issues. We hope to be fully operational this week. Unfortunately the upgrade has had some kinks and though we were not supposed to lose the old HD until the new version was ready we've been locked out for over 2 weeks. We will be answering all HD tickets once we can access the system. For the interim if you have order issues you can respond to the email of the CH Creepy Crew member who ships your package or has shipped to you in the past. All CH Creepy Crew member emails are their first name and then @creepyhollows.com

Also, any old tickets from the previous system were moved to the new system, so your responses or submissions have not been lost.

Shall we throw some holy water on the system to banish the Gremlins? ;) Those darn sons of guns can sure be a nuisance!

Out of curiosity, since we're thinking about the upgrades going on, has there been any ETA on the resumption of PMs, and on whether old PMs will be restored to inboxes?

We have had to seek out a new developer. I know for certain any existing PMs when the other developer took the feature down have not been lost and are still part of the database. I hope to have an update on the completion of the upgrade very soon.

Hey! I have sent a few messages via the help section I haven’t gotten a reply but they said they have sent...normally I get an email saying so as well though and I haven’t. It was about my bday coupons both the bundle and the one that takes a percent off: neither are working and I wanted to use both before the month ends. Though I do understand you guys are amazingly busy. I kept looking for that confirmation email that my message would be answered. But I’m sure I’ll get a response soon (I didn’t know where else to post this)

Emailing support@creepyhollows.com seems to be the only real way to contact the HD these days.
