Immortal infusion?

Has anyone done an infusion of any type of entity before? If so what is it like? I recently did a immortal in your blood reading and Helios got frisky with one of my ancestors. I was tempted to do this infusion and perhaps a vampire one but have no clue what to expect or what I'd be getting myself into.
