Does anyone have a Royal White Carpathian Vampire in his keep and knows, if they are Psy Vamps or Sanguine Vamps? I am waiting for my first Royal White Carpathian Vampire and unfortunately know nothing about them 1e

I would ask the conjurer that question.

I have, but got as answer only, that he is a Royal White Carpathian Vampire and I can offer him a little bit of blood, but I have also heard about Psy Vamps accepting blood offers.

Then your question was answered. You didn't ask is he was Psi or Sang, so you didn't get the response you're looking here for.

EDIT: I would ask the conjurer a direct question of exactly what you want to know. Ask them if he is Psy or Sang, and you should get your answer.
