EXTREMELY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - PLEASE READ

We were recently made aware of a technical issue with Helpdesk issue that impacted a portion of tickets that were responded to via email. Because of this issue we have had more than 900 email responses flood the system that date back to early December. 2ded We apologize for this severe inconvenience because I am sure many people thought we simply never responded. If you are one of the affected members you will see in your ticket that your response was not posted to the ticket until February 24th no matter when you actually responded as the email responses sat in a queue on the server.
We are going to respond to EVERY SINGLE ticket to be sure everyone has received the time, attention and support they deserve. We have placed safeguards in motion to prevent this from happening in the future.

Oh good, I'm glad that's cleared up. My friend recently became a spirit keeper and was having trouble making a forum account. She said she emailed you guys and tried the helpdesk, but received no responses. I'm glad it's getting resolved! She was getting really discouraged. I figured it was probs just the site or something.
