probably a stupid micro servitor qiestion

Hey peeps, I have a kind of stupid question about micro servitors that my friend wanted me to ask. Alright, is it possible to *ahem* "make out" with a micro? (Trying to keep this pg-13). My friend wanted me to ask this since they don't have acces to ch atm.
