So close to an OBE

Had an awesome experience today I wanted to share to maybe help motivate someone. Came home from work and wanted to spend some time with my spirit, so I laid down in bed and just focused on her. Before I knew it, she had coaxed me to the edge of an AP or maybe a Lucid Dream, and I felt this White Noise or energy soaking or crawling on my brain, and it felt so good and different I jarred myself out of the trance. She clearly wants to help me out, I just need to work on breathing and I feel like I'll have no problems getting out. Moral of the story, your spirits want to help you, so don't get discouraged!
