Sleipnir maybe!?!

Anyone ever considered a binding of Sleipnir or one of his descendants? Other than like Centaurs and Nightmares I've never really been drawn to horses or horse like beings. . .with the exception Sleipnir. I don't know why, but I've always wanted to know more about him. So, earlier, on something between curiosity and a whim I put in for an order with the "If you don't see the spirit listed" and asked for a binding of either Sleipnir or one of his descendants. Since I left it a bit open I'm excited to see which comes through, lol

I would be willing to bet that STARFIRE has a binding. She's the Norse Pantheon queen around here. 1ak

Ah...Sleipnir, Loki's Son! 1s I am considering a binding. He is able to move in and travel the Nine Worlds. I was asked by Loki to create a wand dedicated to him and his Siblings, plus Loki. I declined. Too powerful! I am currently considering making a wand dedicated to each one of them...with a binding of each one as part of the wand. More manageable! I do not wish to be the cause of Ragnarok, after all!

Indeed Aeryn. She is definitely one of the first people I think of when considering Norse bindings. xD

I have been dreaming of a horse with 8 legs and 2 tails lately. Huff says it is him. I also posted it on paraecho and they directed me to this post.

Oh nice, I don't really know why I got the sudden compulsion to get a binding. I was just considering the Norse Immortals and suddenly took a left turn and started thinking about Sleipnir again. How the little that is wrote about him made me more curious to learn about him. Before I knew it the binding was filled out and the order made. lol

The Immortals Club has a binding of the entire Norse pantheon. I don't have it yet, so I don't know if it contains Sleipnir.
I was going to transmute the binding to a wand.

That sounds pretty interesting! Kinda like my urge to get a binding of Freyja's cats, lol. Keep us updated with what comes through!

Indeed. Your post on Freyja's cats may have been the original catalyst, lol As it reminded me of my interest in Sleipnir. xD

Wee, the order just completed. I did indeed get Sleipnir himself. I wish it said a bit more than "The immortal Odin's horse Sleipnir" though. I mean that's one of the two things you do know about him. >.> Oh well, that's why I got the binding, to learn. lol
