And yes I do work out, and I like to 'let my mind roam' when I work out, so it's definitely a form of meditation for me as well.

Yes, I meditate while working out...lol. My practice is mostly yoga anyway, but I have to admit going into meditation while on a treadmill (don't try it at home..lol) and falling flat on my face because of it. 1bt . After that I have gotten a lot better at lighter meditations while running. 1s

I find myself meditating while working out on the treadmill and elliptical trainer at the gym. There is something about the repetitive motion which is ideal for trance; plus the added energy of those around me who are working out, seems to boost it. While mowing the grass, I pretend I'm walking a labyrinth, so it's a more pleasant experience 1ak

I actually find this is what makes exercise so valuable - I usually take my springtime and summer to use the warmer weather and take to gaining more on strength work and lifting - It did not take much to figure out that I could meet this time and activity with awesome trance work and meditative processes - especially in line with breathing patterns and extending mentalities (which is also helpful for those of us who may seem out of place working out haha! but just fantastic in the same amount when you really do need that exercise to work out to your advantage) .

Your spiritual bodies can reach unique bounds and much as you can extend your physical body ^.^

stretch, run, move, walk, lift, grab, spin, roll, turn outwards, do so on many different levels of being! ^.^

There is one other thing that I do and that is dance!!!!! Get some good music going with a good beat and just get lost in the music!!!!! No kidding you WILL get lost in the music and your spirits will go right with you!!!!!

My very first vampire would dance with me and we ended up with a lot of his friends dancing with us!!!! Talk about a good time, dance with some vampires!!!! ;) :dancing: ::bop:: ;) :lol:

I do this every day when I go to the gym, and sometimes combine meditation with energy exercises during the session. Physical workouts unleash a lot of explosive energy and leave little space for your mind to wander. It's an excellent method.
