Best color for meditation

Good evening.
I am going to make my own mala bead necklace to aid me in mediation. What color suits mediation best? Purple?

Mm it might depend on what kind of meditation it is. Some that are popular are white, green, purple, blue, and black.
It could also depend on the type of stone/crystal it is, e.g. clear quartz, green jade, amethyst, lapis lazuli, and smoky quartz.

Thanks! The beads I'm using are rainbow/peach moonstone, chevron amethyst, white jade, a snowflake charm and Boswanna agate. BTW I decided on the color white.
