I'm not the biggest computer expert, so I don't know if something can be done about this but perhaps it is possible.

I was just having a conversation (complaining about my non-existent sales on my marketplace shop), and some wondeful people mentioned that it is really difficult to find listings there. It is also very difficult to search for the shops as well. It is very difficult for a seller to have visibility. Perhaps there is a way to make the site more user friendly somehow?

I am happy to take suggestions and see if any of the suggestions can be implemented by the software company that designed the site. Does anyone actually use the auction feature? The only thing I can say is we can try starting over with a new company but I don't know if the listings would all automatically migrate.
