IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH CH???

Hi there,

i was asking is there a problem with the CH site or is it maybe am facing it myself.....

I opened a HD Ticket to on 5 september, its like 10 days no answer is this normal??? Is there a problem?? Are you facing also thr same problem???

And also i bought a spell from CH from 3 september but its not yet completed....is this also normal???

THIS IS THE FIRST DAY ALL STAFF WAS ABLE TO RETURN TO THE OFFICE & EVERYONE IS WORKING HARD TO GET CAUGHT UP SO BE PATIENT FOR ORDERS & HD TICKET ANSWERS.

Hope Hurricane Irma didn't hurt any CH staff or installations.
