Help Desk

Is anyone else getting an error when trying to open a help desk ticket? It seems like there is some issue with the discounts and I tried to send a help desk ticket but the page wouldn't even open, it just gave me an "error 404" message.

Yep, it's down. Must be doing an update or maintenance or something.

You can bypass the helpdesk and send a message by email to support@creepyhollows.com

This opens a ticket but bypasses the helpdesk page. You'll just use your email instead of the site.

I didn't know there was a website update message board until after I posted this, and there were a couple people in there asking. They must of done an update. Everything seems put to rights now though 2hp

I don't think its fixed (or it broke again) clicking on the "open a ticket" goes to an error page

I have been having an issue myself since the week end, my question isn't major-I just needed some clarification with/about something-but I do plan on contacting them when it becomes available which I assume the time will be right!

Does that mean any tickets submitted before the help desk shut down are gone? XD I'll just re-submit after it's fixed, just wondering if they would still have the tickets cause i dont want to be a bug if they have them saved ya know?

That is a good question-I would submit it again to be sure-I noticed they get a lot some days so sending another won't hurt!

Creepyhollows has stopped responding to my messages that i sent to support@creepyhollows.com . Has anyone been having any responses from them ? , I had sent them another message recently that seems to have been also ignored.
