Having so much trouble staying logged in.Can't access tickets.Is Creepy Hollow broken or what?

Their website has been pretty borked lately. I know it's an irritant, but just keep trying. I think they have some tech people fiddling on the back end these past few days and it's resulted in a few issues with people being able to access different parts of the site.

If you know how, you might also try clearing the cache on your browser.

Worst comes to worst, you can also submit a ticket directly by emailing support@creepyhollows.com instead of through the website.

Tried that no response.

They are updating their ticket area, no clue when it will be open again

Make sure your pc, phone, or whatever platform you're on allows cookies. The cookies are what keep your info logged in until it expires or you log out. There are a few ways to check this and make sure that you are allowing CH to use cookies.
