A great website, in my opinion, to use as an aid for relaxation/meditation on the fly.
Very simple.
Quite delightful.

Hmm. On one hand, it is pretty cool, on the other, I rather just count seconds then stare at a screen.

I thought it was pretty cool too, even though I don't need aids in meditation anymore. When I came upon it I had a feeling someone might find it valuable.
I remember when I was starting out I would always worry if I was counting seconds correctly and it really detracted from awareness I should have been putting towards meditation in the first place. I wish I had a tool like this, so I thought I'd share it for those that have trouble and are challenged by the deceptively simple complexities of meditation. Especially if you are coming out of a stressful situation and your inner-count is off due to elevated heart rate and blood pressure. Hope it helps someone in some way.

I like this, it is surprisingly relaxing. I think I just enjoy watching it; although it is eerily similar to the loading screen on my phone haha. Thanks for sharing it!
