For all of you that did not receive your facebook prizes, have you submitted a help desk ticket and did you get a response?

I'm still waiting, but I seldom submit a help desk ticket...so I'm not sure what the average wait time is.

Could be a few days till they get to your ticket. Once they respond though, the followups are usually daily.

I usually get my reply the very next day, unless it's a weekend. Occasionally, though it's rare, I might wait two or three days, but again, that's really rare.

CHECKED ON IT. YOU WROTE IN THE 21ST AT 22:33 HD TIME & SHE WROTE BACK ON THE 22ND AT 07:19 HD TIME. SHE ALREADY SENT THE PRIZES IN THE MAIL. YOU MIGHT NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGING INTO THE SHOP WHEN YOU CHECK HD.
