Pineal Diet

Wasn't sure if there was a page on this, but I thought I'd ask a few questions regarding foods related to the pineal gland. I recently figured that one of the sources of my lack of communication, aside from low Theta waves is because my pineal gland has not been stimulated or detoxed. As I write this I have ordered some mugwort tea to remedy this and put me in a better mind set, but I wanted to know if raw cocoa powder also helps with it?

Just bumping this topic. What the heck happened? I couldn't access the site for a while and when I managed to get back here, not only was I logged off, but the posts preceding the one in this topic have disappeared.

I guess it's the storm?
And yeah, lots of new posts are wiped out, maybe the backup didn't save the recent ones : \

Ah. Well essentially to sum everything up. The list of stuff I was recommended I will look into. I tried Ginseng before, but reacted badly to it. So far I found the best way to use cocoa powder is to make hot cocoa with it, without the trimmings (No milk or sugar or cream or what not.) because it let's the pure cocoa flow into the blood stream quicker. The result has caused the center of my forehead to pulse, nothing painful, but that's never happened to me before.

Yes, a LOT of my own posts disappeared.. like DW said, might be the storm.

Anyway, this is an interesting discussion. Going to keep my eye on this thread.

Sounds painful. Considering Mustard is also one of the main ingredients for BTTF Part 3's wake up juice.

Thanks for taking an interest. All this from a storm? Must have been a bad one if it could knock out all power to the servers.

Another thing I suggested before was mugwort tea which I am currently waiting for to show up.

Bit of an update. Last night I took too much cocoa powder. The result gave me a massive migraine and a messed up lucid dream, where I found myself in my room holding my vessel.

Yikes, duly noted not to ever take too much cocoa powder!

Ya. The headaches weren't much of a problem for me. Even without that I often have the occasional migraine. My only gripe on that one, is it hurts like hell when it happens. But the dream part was what really messed me up about it. All I pretty much did was take twice what I usually take. Just to see how far I could push myself. I take it the way I usually take it, in a hot drink, usually two cups of that drink a day. Nothing in it but the cocoa and the hot water used to make it. Last night I took 4 cups instead of two, I started feeling weird almost woozy, but I was ok. I fall asleep, I find myself in an exact dream replica of my room holding the vessel my djinn is contained in, but before I could do anything with it, I wake up the next morning with a massive headache. It was horrible physically, but it worked. I'm a trial and error kind of person, so I'm willing to take risks despite the danger.
