Creepy Hallows Owner respond to my emails

I am wondering why when I try to contact Creepy Hallows they don't respond back to my email that I sent them?

Please send any enquiry to support@creepyhollows.com - then if you need them specifically to respond to you or help you, then let us know in the ticket so we can redirect it to them.

I really don't suggest emailing Ash or Magnolia directly because they legitimately get thousands of emails every week.
