So i was looking at the forum and i noticed a lot of people have dragons and that dragons are good to have around. So how could i safely contact a white dragon?

Safely? You go to a conjurer and get one bound.
Unsafely? You call out to spirits to bring you one over and hope it's a dragon and it's white.

DJ Conway does a book called Dancing with Dragons. It has meditations in it for connecting to dragons. Maybe you can find a copy for free. That's the best I can offer you in your situation.

Although I doubt you can find a free copy, it is definitely an outstanding book.

I'd really suggest you not add new spirits and specialties to your practice at the moment though. First, if Lilith has sent you a spirit to work with, you probably have a LOT to learn there. Taking full advantage of that gift is going to require lots of time and lots of focus.

Second, it's really hard to get into new things without at least being able to access books.

And, third, one of the few advantages of your current situation is that you have a unique opportunity to learn how to have a narrow but DEEP practice. In other words, you can really only get into certain things at the moment, but what you are able to do you can really explore deeply and build a magnificent foundation out of it.

I agree with Alys , you seem to go everywhere at the same time . One time it's a white dragons, then vampires, Enochian language etc...

It's good to be curious about all that but focus on something first ( 2 if you wish) and so on...
