Well, it appears that I've just uncovered a GENUINE FRAUD. The item she is offering was found in her buyer feedback, she bought this ring for $ 1.28 from China on 3/4/2009.

It is now being offered for $ 667.00 with 3 Marid Djinn attached. In this listing she claims it took 5 days to prepare, 7 days to complete, and that the ring was buried in a charge box in her garden for 90 days since last November.

How is this even conceivably possible if the ring was just received less than 2 weeks ago? It really pays to do your homework on some of these sellers.
Here's another purchase/resell
Bought for 99 cents: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0383535521
Selling for $ 667.00 with same story http://cgi.ebay.com/Haunted-witch-ring- ... 7C294%3A50
Ok, 1 more:

What is equally ironic, is the fact that she calls her ebay store " ohthetangledwebweweave "

I was looking at one of her (?) items recently but was put off by the name, I couldn't help but complete the quotation ("when first we practice to deceive") cos it reminded me of that other great quote "There is one born every minute"

Wow, good catch Starlighter this must be someone whose in it to make some really fast money somewhat like a snatch and grab type since they haven't even tried to cover their tracks. And with a store name like that no less! So far, they have done pretty good, I mean looking at their feedback, 2 people have already bought some pretty expensive rings. :eyebrow: One good thing- if anyone wants to buy some nice looking costume jewelry at a good price, the person who she buys from ships pretty fast to be located in China. If it wasn't for the name of the store........I'd might give them the benefit of the doubt, I 'm with Mongrella on this one, to many things like "a fool and his money, are soon parted" come to mind.
