Sound wav of our Spirits

So about two months ago my husband and I did an offering to all our spirits, turned off the lights, turned on our recorder on our phones and asked questions then silently waited for answers. From our understanding the Salamander we have is on the other plane quite a lot, but he did come over that night and to say hello:

I have a Gnome and we had had a misunderstanding when I first got him (I wasn't bonding like I should have) and I lost his paperwork so I didn't know his name. I got the distinct impression that Ogden was a word/name he wanted to use. (Btw. that's not his name, and I have since found his paperwork.) Looking it up later I found that it was a word for someone of the earth, aaaand someone who was stupid. I think he was still a touch miffed at me, and you can clearly hear a woman say STOP right after you hear him say the word. It had to be my silver dragon because she's the only female spirit between the two of us.

The thumping is not us, it's them, either getting close to the mic or thumping in the room. We heard none of what was going on in either recordings until AFTER we took them. Please ask away, I would love some new insight. Thanks in advance!

do you use a certain program/app on your phone to record, or just the default voice recorder?
I would like to try this

It's an iphone, just the basic voice memo app that comes pre-installed on the phone. I like it. It works well, and picks up EVERY LITTLE SOUND. Just make sure if you cough, or shift your weight say that it was you, so when you are listening back you can remember.
