Always less than 0.5 seconds of contact

Hi

I have found with multiple beings that if I have some interaction with them that I can see in my 3rd eye, its always just a quick flash... less than half a second. Any ideas on why it is so limited and what to do about it?

Example:

1) Succubus spirit: I saw text popup in my mind/3rd eye, but too fast too read. Multiple other times she showed me hot images - also very very brief.

2) Gray/hybrid ET: I saw his face flash up once during meditation - but again, barely half a second...

One: Practice on it. The more you practice and the more consistently you practice, the more and longer you can do it.

Two: Charging and energy offerings. The more "power" they have so to speak from this realms, the longer of whatever they wanna do.

In short, continue doing consistently what you doing, and offer more energy and offerings and stuff.
