Creepy Hollows collects personal information when you register for a Creepy Hollows service or otherwise voluntarily provide such information.

We do not share the personal information you provide us with any third party companies. Your information is used solely for Creepy Hollows services such as Special Offer, News and Updates through email.

You may decline to provide personal information to us and/or refuse cookies in your browser, although some of our features or services may not function properly as a result.

Return Policy

If you receive a treasure and you feel that the spirit, creature or enchantment does not fair well with you we are willing to exchange it for something that you feel more in tune with. We do want to ask that you read the description carefully before you bid and win because it does hurt the feelings of faeries, spirits and creatures to feel unwelcome or unwanted. Any refund will be given as an exchange.

Lifetime Vessel Replacement

We have all had a vessel break or have lost a vessel and been unable to repair or retrieve it. This happens to all collectors whether they are novice or well-seasoned. We offer free transmution of your spirit into a new vessel for all class 4 and class 5 spirits. For class 3, 2 and 1 we do this at an extremely discounted rate of $15.00. This applies to a vessels you purchase through the Creepy Hollows website, Creepy Hollows store, Creepy Hollows Auctions site and all listings for Creepy Hollows on eBay.
