They had two horns that could be of various color, long and shaggy hide of various shades, they were about the size of a household cat, and all shared a common trait of large black eyes with a purple center. They were wild and adventurous miniature beasts who ran wild in a prehistoric world. Payarti lived in large communities and were exceedingly social and helpful amongst themselves and other species.

They were known to bring good fortune, prosperity, and stability to an area. If a Payarti blessed the land you lived in, there was a guarantee of prosperity and abundance for a long period of time. Their blessing could ensure a great harvest and limited illness and issues for all species who lived in the land. Those who received personal blessings from a Payarti were granted prosperity, good fortune, good luck, greater experiences in their love lives, and a period of personal achievement, happiness, and peace. They were not alive during the time of humans, but were well known to many ancient civilizations during their time.

The temperament of Dragons varies just as greatly as their appearance. There are Dragons of positive power, purity, and good graces (White Arts), Dragons who are middle-of-the-road who are a traditionally good but can be troublesome or pranksters (Dark Arts), and are Dragons who are malicious and evil by nature, they possess no ability to be good at all (Black Arts). The majority of Dragons are either White Arts or Dark Arts.

Dragons have always been revered for their magical abilities, their wisdom, their wealth and their prestige amongst mystical creatures. They are among the highest-ranking creatures as they are the most adaptable, diverse and magical of all.
