Jessica moves to a Los Angeles apartment building, called The Dante, on the eighth floor. At first, all of the tenants seem nice, but when she starts witnessing terrible deaths, she and her neighbor Evan team up to solve the mystery.

Benny: It was really good. It surprised me because it was a "been done before" thing, but had a new twist.
