Quirinus Hoopoe

This gorgeous bird holds a very special stone in its nest.  The Quirinus (Quirus) is found in the nest of a Hoopoe bird.  When you steal the stone from the bird and place the stone on the sternum of a sleeping person they will be held captive by the stone's powers.  As they slumber they will be met with every action, decision, and situation they are to be held accountable for.  It is a form of light vengeance.
