All bindings we perform are, and most are as well, but it is always the safest practice to check with the practitioner.  Some less experienced practitioners may not have taken these actions into account in which case there could be some effect.  Negative impact to the spirit in form of blockages, is the most commonly felt through inadequate bindings subjected to banishing techniques.
