Tarot is fine, but if you feel compelled to use oracle that's good as well

For my question let's make it about what do I need to focus on the most right now to grow spiritually?
The basis for this reading is the Spirit Animal Oracle from Colette Baron-Reid.
The message of the Koi card is to acknowledge the abundance you're already dwelling in. Realize what you already have and can build upon. The awareness of all the riches your soul possesses will draw in similar wealth in your physical surroundings to create a harmony of both. You have to actively decide to create what you desire and to explore what you have to offer. Even if you feel or think that there isn't much, that's only a temporary glimpse of a situation. There lies a rich potential within you, waiting for you to grasp and explore it.
Reading the sheet:
The sheet has different areas with different aspects. The card in the middle holds the overall message for this reading. It shows the current time and circumstances.
To the left of the card lie things in the past and to its right things in the future.
The horizontal middle part including the card shows your concious mind with all your actions. The horizontal area above the card stands for your values, thoughts and potential influences from outside.
The horizontal area underneath the card stands for your subconcious and shadow aspects.
To the left facing the past lies the jaw bone of the hare. It has lost all of its molars and the incisor is very present. There has been a lot you had to chew on, digest and bite yourself through. Some of the things you thought you had put an end to kept coming back one after another for a while, shown by the position of the teeth.
It looks like the bell and the Ammonite are drawing a vertical line, which represents an ending of this phase. The bell representing your personal alertness and the Ammonite standing for your self-expression. It's facing up, showing its insides.
The bell lies in direct contact to the hind leg, which is crossing the pelvis bone, which is touching the Ammonite. There is a direct connection between those items, connecting all of them to the meaning of the oracle card.
The hind leg represents swiftness, leaps and the flight reflex, all being more subconcious actions. The position of the pelvis bone looks like it's protecting the card, the way it would hold and protect the inner organs of the hare. So conciously and subconciously you've already started to head into the right direction.
In the middle of the card are the Petrified Wood, Aventurine and Dalmatian Stone grouped together.
The Petrified Wood stands for grounding and self-reflexion, as does the Dalmatian Stone. Be optimistic and explore your true capabilities.
Above the card in the area of the mind and outer influences lies the Selenite. It stands for stability and concentration. You're external conditions are supporting your intentions.
Almost in a vertical line with the Selenite, Aventurine and Dalmatian Stone lies the Lapislazuli at the bottom in the area of the subconcious and shadows. It stands for honesty and confidence. Those abilities are necessary to reach your goals. Be true and honest to yourself.
Next to the Dalmatian Stone lies the spine in two parts, with the dragonfly in between. The spine stands for structure, flexibility and responsibilty, while the dragonfly represents your personal evolution. The spine parts seem to cover and bury the dragonfly, which is facing towards the middle of the card, like it's pointing towards its meaning. Maybe your schedule is too tight or your thinking to straight in some aspects, hindering you from getting where you really want to be.
Also in the subconcious area are the foreleg of the hare, the Amethyst and the key. The foreleg represents concious and caucious actions, the Amethyst clarity, objectivity and accomplishment, while the key represents a passage. It looks like you're keeping yourself from accomplishing something. It might be a realization or manifestation of something you won't be able to hold back for long.
Right to the card and next to the spine are the Hematite and the infinity symbol. The Hematite stands for protection and shielding and the infinity symbol for cycles in your life. There might be something you're already aware you have to face, no matter what. And you won't like it. But you can't avoid it, only prepare for it.
On the right sight of the sheet lies the Sodalite. It stands for clarity, endurance and persistance. No matter what you're going to face or uncover deep within yourself, you'll be able to handle it. Have faith in yourself and your circumstances.
Oh, Danke schön, this makes perfect sense to me and provides me a lot to think about. It's also nice that you provided the picture of the reading because I feel there might be additional information gained there, I feel particularly pulled to the key in the picture. Thank you again!Thyr wrote: ↑Mon May 30, 2022 5:56 pm(Let me know if anything doesn't make sense. It could be, because I chose the wrong wording.)
The basis for this reading is the Crystal Grid Oracle by Anne-Mareike Schultz & Dennis Möck-Ludwig. The drawn card is Health:
„May I be able to realize the source of my inner power and to receive healing impulses, which will guide me to love.“
It's up to us to handle our health and well-being. Our thoughts and actions need to be in harmony for inner peace and a healthy body. If we're showing symptoms of sickness, we need to step back and reflect on ourselves, our thought patterns, actions and feelings. By actively stepping back from our inner turmoil we create room for healing. It's up to you to find the best way for you to do so.
To the left (in the past) are the Tiger's Eye and Orange Calcite in a neat line. They show that safety, pragmatism, intuition and fortitude have been of importance to you so far. They align with a part of the spine of the hare, which creates a connection to the Amethyst and Sodalite. The spine stands for flexibility and basis, the Amethyst for mental purification and objectivity and the Sodalite for clarity and persistence. All of those have been of importance for your concious mental well-being.
To the middle left from the card are the Smoky Quartz and the bell, which means your alertness and care have been strongly connected to your personal perspective and perception so far.
Next to those is the Hematite, which stands for protection and energy compensation. The crystal is touching the card, so it's in direct connection with the meaning of the card. The properties of the stone are important for your health.
On the down left edge of the card is the key, which stands for a threshold you're crossing right now.
Underneath in a vertical line with the key is the Petrified Wood, which stands for self-reflexion and slowing down. So this threshold might cause or even force you to slow down, to benefit your overall health and well-being.
Almost in the middle of the card lies the jaw bone of the hare. It's got almost all its teeth still in position and is crossing the infinity symbol and being crossed by the pelvis bone in the very same spot. The infinity bone symbolizes repetitive processes and cycles in your life. It's not lying but a bit tilted upwards, showing that your life can be a roller coaster from time to time, not running as smoothly as you would like it to be. The jaw bone crossing it the way it does, shows that you're struggling with reoccuring circumstances, not really able to digest and resolve those.
The pelvis bone on top shows, that those struggles could revolve around inner values or things you're feeling completely responsible for on your own, although that might not be the case.
Above the pelvis bone is the smallest molar. Its position in the area above shows, that your mind is busy with what you have to take in and process.
Underneath the card almost in a vertical line with the pelvis bone are the Aventurine and the Ammonite. The Aventurine stands for optimism and positivity, the Ammonite for self-expression. You don't need to think a lot about these things to be a part of your life. They can come from deep within you, you don't need to seek them outside.
On the right bottom edge of the card are another part of the spine, the dragonfly and the Dalmatian Stone in a vertical line. The dragonfly stands for your personal evolution and the Dalmatian Stone for reflexion and emotional development. Those in line symbolize the structure of your emotional evolution.
Right to the card are the fore- and hind leg of the hare. They create a wall, shielding you from what may come in the future right now. Both bones stand for active and reactive behaviours and concious and subconcious actions. Both align here to keep you shielded and in the present moment, maybe afraid of future events.
In a vertical line to the hind leg bone is the tree. It's in the area of the subconcious and shadows and facing downwards, growing deeper into the shadows. The tree symbolizes your personal growth. You will need to reach into your shadows for further progress.
To the right of the hind leg and the tree is the Lapislazuli on the border between concious and subconcious mind. It stands for honesty, confidence and critical thinking. Those will be of importance for you in the near future.
Yes, I always like to do that, just in case there's something hiding from my perception, because I'm not the one supposed to get the hidden message.
I'm glad you liked it and I really hope it will boost your confidence when needed!draco_star898 wrote: ↑Tue May 31, 2022 6:19 pm This was a really neat reading, I like the addition of charms, I've always been interested in seeing a reading done with them.
Thank you! This did resonate with me. I get what it is saying about my emotional states and feelings effecting how I am thinking about different situations. In my own readings self expression and confidence have come up (as well as talks with those close to me) in regards to work, so it’s interesting this came up here as well.Thyr wrote: ↑Wed Jun 01, 2022 8:07 pm
The basis for this reading is the Golden Black Cat Tarot from Helena de Almeida.
Your card is the Nine of Chalices.
Not everything we long for is really beneficial to us. Be honest and kind, rely on common sense and you'll achieve something meaningful and beneficial. Think about possible regrets before engaging. It will help you to evaluate what really matters to you.
Throwing the crystals moved the card upwards and out of its usual area. So the message of the card is more related to your concious thoughts, values and outer circumstances or persons influencing you.
In the upper left corner of the sheet are the hind leg of the hare and the Dalmatian Stone. They're also in the area of your mind and outside influences. Your concious thoughts often seem to be strongly influenced by your emotional state, keeping you busy with reflecting and evaluating.
To the left of the card the Hematite seems to draw a line to your past. Nothing there seems to be of interest at the moment.
Then in one vertical line lie the key on the upper rim of the sheet, the jaw bone with all its teeth inside between the parts of the spine and the Petrified Wood on the border to the subconcious.
To step over this threshold, you'll have to focus on reflecting about your values, what you see as important structure in your life and yourself, if your words speak the truth and if you're restricting yourself from evolving by not emotional digesting things and lack of grounding and rest.
The bones on the card are all pretty tightly packed together, forming upright barriers.
The foreleg covers the pelvis bone, which is covering the Selenite. Are you keeping yourself from focusing on getting rid of old behavioural patterns hindering you?
In one vertical line with the pelvis bone lies the Aventurine in the subconcious area, it stands for optimism and positivity. So even when you're facing hard times and criticism, you'll be able to deal with it and won't let yourself be dragged down too much.
Next to the Aventurine lies the Orangecalcit, which stands for intuition and fortitude. This is also something you can rely on. Trust yourself.
In one vertical line with the wonky border of the card lie the bell and the infinity sign.
The bell lying way up is showing, that your mind is often alert and you're focusing more on your surroundings, losing connecting with and focus on yourself.
The infinity sign stands upright like an eight. This is often a sign for a life being a wild roller coaster. Next to it lies the tree, growing towards the future. Whatever life is going to throw at you, it will boost your personal growth.
In another vertical line with the tree lies the snail shell. It represents safety, retreat and mobility at the same time. So together with your growth comes a phase of very needed rest and internalization.
The next crystal right to the card is the Tiger's Eye. It stands for safety, courage and confidence. You'll be able to tackle the stress. Remember to ground and breathe.
In another vertical line are the dragonfly, Ammonite, Amethyst and Lapislazuli. They all appear in the area of the subconcious and the shadows.
You'll be facing some of your shadow aspects for further evolution. The Ammonite stands for your self-expression and emotions, the Amethyst for clarity and objectivity and the Lapislazuli for honesty, confidence and constructive criticism. Those qualities will support your progress.
