First of all it would be helpful if you defined the term demon. There are varying definitions depending on your own world view or religion.

I agree with all of the above sentiments and advice. Demons are more than just the term or understanding, and their alignment or values can differ based on several factors. There's also more to be said of whom you choose to conjure for you and how much you feel that said conjurer is a good energetic match (I've heard this can affect things, too). It's a bit of an intuitive process, and more complex than readily meets the eye. Good luck!

I agree with Thyr.

For someone new to the subject, it can be hard to work out exactly what's what. As Thyr says, the label 'demon' is used very differently by different groups.

One important distinction it's useful to be clear on is the Creepy Hollows definition of White, Dark & Black Arts.

Creepy Hollows conjure and sell bindings of a wide range of Dark Arts beings, including on the darker side of DA. Some of those DA spirits have in the past been called demons. But CH does not sell demons nor any BA.

They do sell Succubus bindings - and Succubus have in the past often been classified as demons, by Monotheists etc - but they're not, in the CH classification, as they're not inherently malicious.

The 72 Goetia have also often been called demons but again it might be more correct to call them DA, as they're apparently not inherently malicious. see viewtopic.php?f=263&t=82624

Some other DA beings are apparently sold by some sellers as Demons and again are not BA.

But, confusingly perhaps, not all sellers will use the same labels and definitions, so it would seem to me to be wise to be very careful about who you purchase bound spirits called Demons from. (Some could actually be BA, which is likely to be very dangerous for most people.) The key thing to avoid is malicious beings that are impossible to handle, as explained in the CH thread linked to above.

And if someone has little to no experience of working with DA beings, it isn't advisable to start off with the darkest ones.

If you are new to the whole spirit keeping thing, I wouldn't advise jumping straight into the deep end, but, if you simply must have something like that, then might I recommend Phantom_of_the_arts? You can look up his reviews here, topic73466.html. I highly recommend him. His work is superb.

They've been exposed by one of their ex coven members, I wasted £1,300 on their non existent demon so no..
I don't recommend them at all.
