I have had nothing but fun with immortals. From very intense interactions but I don't mind them being intense. To relaxing and even enhancing intoxication. Lol I know that is not words to play around with. But I was at home on Halloween and I had beer. All I know is a certain Japanese immortal gave me a hell of a kick of relaxing with the beer. It felt great. But it did not impair me still wouldn't do anything silly. Of course. Immortals I talk to them like I would my spirits. I dunno why I have a pulling towards them but i do have callings so strong their name is in my head and Im researching them. Infact it I get a next one it would totally be Hekate.

What about your initial encounter with an Immortal. What was it like?
It was via a book by Murry Hope called Practical Greek Magic, which I discovered in my local library, would you believe, in 1985? I already knew her work from Prediction Magazine, which was in all UK newsagents in the mid 1980s. The fact a librarian had the flexibility then - and the knowledge - to buy a little known new magic publication for their bookshelves amazes me. The book teaches how to work with the Olympian deities via a form of mind magic. Symbols and associations/attributes are involved. You work with their energy fields, their awareness. But to me it differs from the 1-to-1 personality encounter you can get with CH bindings.

My first CH Immortal binding was of Aphrodite, funnily enough. Chosen by them for me as a Master Spirit.

Since I began working with the CH Infinite Power of the Immortals, one time Odin came through. His presence and personality was/is very strong.

Using the Murry Hope method in the 1980s/early 90s, I worked with Greek, Egyptian, Atlantean deities plus calling on Odin in rune magic. I bought 2 encylopedias: on Mythology & Gods. Maybe because I've tuned into all that, I'm not averse to working with Immortal bindings. But I still take it one step at a time.

I've bound a fair few myself that came though the IPOTI. They seem eminently workable with.

I like that we want this Greek goddess to be one of your spirit masters lol. :). Why I love them. I speak my truth to them. They know I can't promise anything.but they still help at times. And they all have their own personality yes. I had a pull to kali. Then I saw the dark side worshipers of her now I'm a little hesitant to get her channel to be honest. Lewk you never got any indian deities?

Yes I do have one of Ganesh - for his abilities, not his ethnicity. I may get others.

I'm pretty in tune with Indian stuff already. I followed an Indian Guru for 10 years plus I've explored the Hindu/Indian deities via books. I find it interesting that a number of ancient Iranian deities are Indian/Hindu. And they've become part of tradition in places like Bali & Sri Lanka. Some Buddhist deities are from Hindu tradition as well: eg Tara. Hinduism influenced Cambodia & Thailand. And so on.

Well, isn't that something? Your local library happens to have a magical book, and you've stumbled upon it. I think it was meant to be in your path, Lewk.

It's quite intriguing that CH chose Aphrodite for you. How did things go when you first started working with her? I did mention that if CH feel that another deity would be better suited to support my path, I'm open to letting them choose someone other than the Goddess I have in mind. After all, I'll eventually have her binding anyway.

I must admit, I had a phase where I was really into Greek mythology. It was all those deities I saw in cartoons at the time. Lol. I always longed for the IPOTI, eagerly waiting for it to go on sale or be offered as a freebie. But alas, I lacked the courage to actually work with any of them. So it's fantastic that I've found the courage now. I can't wait to see what CH has in store for me.

I don't know much about Celtic or Norse deities, but I have companions from those areas who have piqued my interest in learning more about their Gods and Goddesses. Of course, I also have a fascination with Greek deities and would love to explore that realm someday.

It's a bit disappointing that the jewelry binding I bought ran out of the vessel binding as listed. Unfortunately, it's the weekend, so it looks like I'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for the Immortal binding to come through. Despite the wait, I'm still excited for both of us. You scored a Devil Eater, while I'm diving into the world of Immortal bindings. It's uncharted territory for both of us!

Lol. Were you pleased with "the publisher"? Is that Hyperion, the Titan? How was your experience? Isn't he quite influential?

I sense that there are numerous Immortals in the world, both the ancient ones from mythology and, of course, the modern ones till now. You all have access to these impressive Immortals. I don't think I'll be able to get someone as fancy as your Immortal, but I'm still waiting for this order to be completed. Nonetheless, I'm quite excited!

As I got her to be a Master Spirit, I don't really work with her 1-to-1 like a companion. I'm synched into Aphrodite's energies already for number of reasons. I'll avoid going into that rabbit hole but I feel very comfortable with her energies for those reasons. Suffice it to say that it was a perfect choice by CH.
